Amy Venuto trains and consults for sports properties and offers staffing services. She currently aids 50+ organizations. Her clientele list includes horse racing, auto racing, Minor League Baseball, Major League Baseball, and collegiate properties. Proficient in sales, customer service, customer experience, and management development; Venuto provides systems and processes that enable her clients to achieve new heights.
Her methods are proven, and her clients are having fantastic success, recognizing terrific attendance growth, while select teams are annually setting attendance records. Venuto Team Services is designed to help engage, entrench and grow a fan base.
Previously, Venuto came from within the sports industry, having worked 11 years with Ripken Baseball on the corporate level with three minor league teams spurring attendance records; she created Ripken Events, and acted as Host President of the Cal Ripken World Series.
Venuto was recognized in 2005 as the New York-Penn League’s Rawlings Woman Executive of the Year. In 2010, Venuto was one of three recipients for Ballpark Digest’s Executive of the Year. She was a Steering Committee Member for the early years of the Women in Baseball Leadership Event and acted as emcee for the annual event from 2009 to 2012.
Venuto graduated from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
