Grizzlies Agree To Trade Andre Iguodala To Heat

The Memphis Grizzlies have agreed to a deal to send Andre Iguodala to the Miami Heat. Iguodala also has agreed to a two-year, $30 million extension with Miami.

The swingman was an NBA All-Star in 2012 and has been named to the NBA All-Defensive Team twice.

The Heat sent Justise Winslow to Memphis as part of a package to acquire former NBA Finals MVP Iguodala. They also has been working to also acquire Oklahoma City forward Danilo Gallinari as part of the Memphis/Iguodala trade.

In the midst of a three-team trade that has been leaked every which way short of becoming official, the Memphis Grizzlies got some internal business taken care of by agreeing to a three-year, $35 million contract extension with Dillon Brooks. Brooks, who is making $1.6 million this season, was set to become a restricted free agent this summer.
