Patrick Mahomes outplayed Mitchell Trubisky, throwing for two touchdowns and running for another score, and the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Chicago Bears 26-3 on Sunday Night Football to stay in contention for a first-round playoff bye.

Mahomes was 23-of-33 for 251 yards and two touchdowns, and ran for another touchdown.

Mitch Trubisky was 18-of-34 passing for 157 yards, breaking the elusive 100-yard barrier in the fourth quarter. Trubisky’s most costly mistake came when he overshot a wide-open Allen Robinson II for what should’ve been an easy 46-yard touchdown completion.
