Ohio State Buckeyes places Urban Meyer on paid administrative leave. Clemson Tigers locked up Five-star cornerback Andrew Booth. Booth, 6-1, 188-pound chose the Tigers over the likes of schools such as Auburn and Georgia. Louisville Cardinals will lose to Alabama to start the season and will lose at Clemson, but they get Florida State and NC State at home.  South Carolina Gamecocks Quarterback Luke Doty committed to the school on Tuesday, announcing his decision on Twitter as part of the 2020 recruiting class. Michigan Wolverines former QB John O’Korn spent three years at Michigan, but the quarterback doesn’t exactly have fond memories of his time with Jim Harbaugh. The Wolverines head coach also told the ex-Michigan QB not to eat chicken ‘because it’s a nervous bird. Duke University head coach David Cutcliffe May have his best team yet geeting to seven wins has been the problem. Florida Gators the Gainesville Police Department released body cam footage that shows officers pulling over Florida wide receiver Kadarius Toney for a seatbelt violation. During the stop, police discovered a loaded AR-15 in the backseat of the sophomore’s car. More dirt on the Gators, football players wide receivers Kadarius ToneyTyrie Cleveland and Rick Wells as well as defensive tackle Kyree Campbell, tight end Kemore Gamble and quarterback Emory Jones are facing university discipline following an on-campus confrontation in late May with a Gainesville-area gambler named Devante’ “Tay Bang” Zachery and his associates.

Auburn Tigers QB Jarrett Stidham prepares to lead Auburn back to championship contention and throw his name into the Heisman race. Other tiger news, 6-foot-1, 170-pound cornerback Cordale Flott officially visited LSU over the weekend. He flipped his commitment from Auburn to LSU, he confirmed to SEC Country. It moves Auburn back to 11 commitments in the 2019 class. Louisville Cardinals and Papa John’s John Schnatter resigned from Louisville’s Board of Trustees on July 11, and now the company’s name has been taken off of Cardinal Stadium.The stadium, built in 1998 at a cost of $135 million, will simply be known as Cardinal Stadium moving forward. The facility had carried the Papa John’s name since its founding, thanks to a $5 million donation from Schnatter. Texas Tech Raiders, Baker Mayfield opened up about why he hates his former Texas Tech coach, Kliff Kingsbury, so much essentially saying the guy kicked him to the curb when he got injured during a game. Air Force Falcons defensive back Bradley Kim became a trailblazer for service academy athletics, the sophomore announced that he is gay. Arizona Wildcats Tim Hough was reported that he would be transferring from UNLV to Oregon. Nearly four months later, Michael Lev of the Arizona Daily Star reports that the defensive back is expected instead join Arizona. Texas Longhorns  Jalen Hurd the former Tennessee star running back. Now a wide receiver, Hurd has lost weight and spent the past season learning a new position. Sports Gambling, legal sports betting kicked off Wednesday in Mississippi, the first state outside of Nevada to allow bets on in-state colleges like Ole Miss and Mississippi State. Sportsbooks at Gold Strike Casino in Tunica and Beau Rivage in Biloxi began accepting bets at noon local time. LSU Tigers Ed Orgeron’s 2019 class sits at No. 3 in the rankings in July. Orgeron quietly is making a presence in the state of Alabama. Four-star wide receivers Devonta Lee and Trey Palmer are both choosing LSU over Alabama. Alabama has been winning those battles under Nick Saban, but Ed Orgeron has worked feverishly to buck that trend of late. Oregon Ducks 2019 offensive lineman Joey Capra tells 247Sports he has committed to Oregon. The 6-foot-4, 275-pound Capra was previously a verbal to Arizona State. He will play center in Eugene. Other offers for Capra included Utah, Boise State, Duke and Oregon State.
